Did you see the new “Suicide Squad” movie? More commonly known as “Harley Quinn and those other guys”?

They pulled a huge star like Will Smith to play the lead role of Dead Shot and by the plot, it revolved around him. Every scene was him pulling the group together or solving his own moral issues. Because all of these characters are villains who at times have moments of morality.

But here’s the thing, Harley Quinn played by Margot Robbie stole the scene, EVERY TIME.

Harley Quinn is completely unpredictable, that’s her thing. There is literally no way of telling what she’s going to do. During her scenes in the new Suicide Squad movie. Many of her scenes with The Joker (Jared Leto) were improv because the Director (Davis Ayer) wanted the spontaneity to capture their relationship. It’s crazy to think that Harley Quinn’s Super Power is Crazyness, but it works!

Let’s make some comparisons to how I feel about Harley Quinn. She is like FIRE, you get to close and you’ll burn or NIAGRA FALLS, you can’t stop looking at, even while you’re dropping off the cliff to your death. I feel a relationship with her would be the funniest night of your life, then death.

Fun Fact:

Harley Quinn was never in the old comics. She was an addition to the Batman Animated Series, TV Show in 1992 to add a minor female role similar to the character Joker. She was there as a support character to her love The Joker, whom she met when she was a psychiatrist at Arkham. She fell in love and he corrupted her. A tale as old as time.

In today’s Woman Superhero days, she stands as one of the strongest female leads and villains of all time. Her character connected with so many people, you can find a Harley Quinn at every Comic Con Convention and Halloween Party for the next 20 years. She is both a Anti-Hero (villain who does the right thing) and villain depending how she feels that day. That is something everyone can relate too.

In fact while I wait in a coffee shop right now, the girl behind me repeated 3 times that her name was “Lindsi” with an “I”. I know this because it was annoying painful. Like every other Lindsey I have ever met, she spells her name differently. So when the Barista delivered her an “Americano” spelled “Lindsey”. I saw poor “Lindsi” refrain  from jumping over the counter, sucker punching the guy in the face and writing “Lindsi” on his face in sharpie. While she didn’t do that, she’ll likely give into her crazy side this Halloween and join the ranks of Harley Quinns taking over the streets.
